Hamilton's Reserve is located just off Siesta Lago/Poinciana Boulevard in Davenport, Florida. Location, location, location is the key to this neighborhood being very centrally located right off Highway 192 with easy access to all of the Walt Disney World attractions and International Drive.

Hamiltons Reserve Amenities include a pool, fishing lake, childrens park, community tennis courts, lighted sidewalks, and is located near all the Orlando Theme Parks. The Hamiltons Reserve vacation home community was built in the late 1990s and it offers three, four, five, six and seven bedroom vacation private pool homes. These homes are all owned by families who love the Davenport area and Disney World. These families typically use their house about three to four weeks out of the year and the rest of the time they rent it to guests desiring to go to Disney World.

The vacation homes in Hamiltons Reserve can be rented for $100 to $150 per night. Obviously the larger the house the more expensive the nightly rate is but all in all the vacation homes in Hamiltons Reserve are a great value. Many of the three bedroom homes are around 1200 square feet and the seven bedroom homes can be as large as 3000 square feet.
