Hamilton's Reserve is located just off Siesta Lago/Poinciana Boulevard in Davenport, Florida. Location, location, location is the key to this neighborhood being very centrally located right off Highway 192 with easy access to all of the Walt Disney World attractions and International Drive.

The Hamilton’s Reserve vacation home community was built in the late 1990’s and it offers three, four, five, six and seven bedroom vacation private pool homes. These homes are all owned by families who love the Davenport area and Disney World. These families typically use their house about three to four weeks out of the year and the rest of the time they rent it to guests desiring to go to Disney World.

The vacation homes in Hamilton’s Reserve can be rented for $100 to $150 per night. Obviously the larger the house the more expensive the nightly rate is but all in all the vacation homes in Hamilton’s Reserve are a great value. Many of the three bedroom homes are around 1200 square feet and the seven bedroom homes can be as large as 3000 square feet.
