The Eagle Ridge subdivision is located in a well established fully developed neighborhood which is a short 12 minute drive to Disney's main gate and close to all other major attractions. Eagle Ridge is off Highway 27, providing easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. Even though it is close to Walt Disney World, the community is secluded enough to give you a sense of tranquility and privacy. Most of Eagle Ridge community consists of Florida residents, not many are offered as a short term vacation rentals. The community offers playgrounds, tennis courts and a swimming pool.

The Eagle Ridge Sub-division is a nice community to live it, but the community does not offer the amenities that many vacationers to Orlando are looking for.
