There are a myriad of reasons why people vacationing in Orlando want to rent one of our Disney vacation homes. Most guests have found that these vacation homes provide more space and more amenities than that of a hotel room…for far less money. Here are the top 4 reasons guests choose to rent a Disney World vacation pool home:

1. Disney World Vacation Pool Homes offer far more space than that of a hotel- A recent study showed that the average Kissimmee hotel rooms average just over 400 square feet, and the average Disney World vacation home averaged between 1600 to 2800 square feet of living space. This extra room allowed families to spread out and relax when they are not at the park. If you really think about it, when you are at your home relaxing everybody in your family does not all sit in one small room, so why would you want to do that when you are on vacation? All of our homes offer multi TV’s and multiple sitting areas to relax.

2. Low nightly rental rates… due to our large inventory we are able to offer our vacation homes for a little more than a three star hotel near Disney World. In fact, during most of the year you can come down and stay in one of our three bedroom vacation homes for around $100 a night.

3. Private Swimming Pools… the biggest draw to staying in a vacation home is the private swimming pool. The weather in Orlando is pretty nice year round and since all of our vacation homes have small heaters, our guests are able to enjoy the pools year round. Plus, who does not like to jump into a refreshing pool after a long day at the theme parks.

4. Location to Disney World…all of our vacation homes are located in the Kissimmee and Davenport area, and all of our homes are located within 15 minutes to Disney World. In fact, some homes are located as close as 2 miles to Disney World, so it makes getting to and from the theme parks really easy.

Since all of our vacation homes are offered in the same sub-divisions and built by the same builders the homes all have the similar look and feel. The difference between the homes is the interior décor; we currently have two models a standard vacation home and an executive vacation home.

A standard home is cheaper on a nightly rate basis for the investor who bought these vacation homes near Disney World bought the home already furnished from the builders. While these homes are nice and clean, they often times don’t offer the pizazz or "WOW" factor of the executive homes. You will typcially find the standard homes will have all the walls painted on color, and there are usually no window treatments other than vertical blinds. Again, these homes are close to Disney World, and they are clean but they are decorated in a very standard fashion.

The Executive Homes are the nicest vacation homes we offer. These homes have been professionally decorated by one of our many skilled interior decorators. In these homes you will usually find many upgrades that you will not find in the standard vacation homes such as: a nicer grade of carpet, drapes on the windows not just blinds, interior plants, and much more color throughout the entire house. The executive homes offer that "WOW" Factor when you walk into the house.
