We are proud to offer our guests three great Disney condo communities for our guest to choose from:

A) The Windsor Palms - is one of the closest condo communities to Disney World. They offer two bedroom/two bath units as well as three bedroom/two bath units. The Windsor Palms sub-division is less than five minute drive to Disney World. This gated community boasts of a 24 hour security guard service, plus a fabulous club house and community center complete with: a terrific heated community pool, 3 lighted tennis courts, basketball court, a game room and of course a fitness center. If you desire to stay in a bright and well maintained Condo near Disney World then the Windsor Palms is an excellent choice.

B) Windsor Hills - The Windsor Hills is the younger brother to Windsor Palms. It is built across the street and with that is a few seconds closer to Disney World. The Windsor Hills is the sister property to the Windsor Palms and because it is a bit newer (two years) it is probably a bit nicer. Windsor Hills offers the same amenities as does Windsor Palms excepting when it comes to the pool area…here you will find a water park complete with slides and water sprays as well as a zero gr4avity heated pool. Again the Windsor Hills community offers two and three bedroom condos around four minutes from the entrance to Disney World.

C) Towns of Legacy Park - The Towns of Legacy Park are two story condos which are better known as town homes. These condo town homes were constructed in 2006 and 2007 therefore, they are virtually new. They are located inside of nine minutes to the brand new entrance to Disney World off of Hwy 429. The Towns of Legacy Park is a gated community with a very nice clubhouse, heated swimming pool as well as spa.

D) The Fountains Resort Orlando - These first class two bedroom condos are furnished to get mom to say WOW! If you find anything nicer….we would like to see it. This condo project is a full resort with more amenities than one can imagine. Check out the 2.5 acre water park pool area complete with slides, water shoots, lazy river etc. The other pool is indoor/outdoor and is for those looking for a quieter dip in a more relaxing atmosphere. The resort has a private lake for boating, a clubhouse, a state of the art fitness center, a teen center, as well as an activity center. E) Regal Palms Resort - These brand new three and four bedroom condo town homes have the living area downstairs with the bedrooms up. This feature provides more privacy. Each of the Regal Palms units have been decorated by an interior designer and feature the latest in Florida hues. The two acre water park is the attraction here. The kids absolutely love getting in their inner tube and floating the lazy river…or sliding down the rocket slide to the water below. You need to look at the nightly rates…they are most attractive especially for a new facility. Located inside 0f nine minutes to Disney World the Regal Palms is an extremely popular choice for vacationers desiring to do Disney World this year.

Disney Condos

We offer two, three and four bedroom units and what ever your size, each unit will give you and your family considerable space up to four times in some cases that of a normal hotel room. In addition to this added space, the Disney area condos are equipped with at least two TV’s, a fully functional fully-equipped kitchen with all the dishes and silverware to cook a grand feast. Each condo offers at least two full baths. The number one selling point to renting a Disney Condo is the enormous living space that you will gain. Further the amenity package would come only from a four star hotel such as: heated community pool, fitness center, business center or computer room, and of course concierge service.
