As you will notice, we offer two different type of vacation homes on this site.... Orlando Vacation Rentals and Executive vacation homes near Disney World. There is not much difference between these two properties, both are close to Disney World, both properties come complete with their own private pools, and both are really nice. The major difference is that the Orlando vacation villas are a little older and less expensive per night as compared to the Executive models.

One: Our Orlando vacation pool homes offer far more living space than a typical hotel room. The average size of a hotel room gives your family 400 sq ft of living space where a four bedroom vacation rental will offer you over 1,750 sq ft. That is more than four times the size!

Two: All of our Orlando vacation rentals come complete with a private swimming pool. OK, it is understood that you are coming to Disney World and maybe Universal Studios or SeaWorld, but you are not going to spend each and every hour of this vacation at the theme parks. You will need a break. What a great way to enjoy the vacation than lounging around your own private pool or taking a swim after a long day of theme park rides. Don't forget your kids, they will tell you having their own pool is the ultimate in having a great vacation.

Three: Our Orlando vacation rentals offer plenty of beds. It always amazes me that a family of four vacations in Orlando and there are two queen beds in their hotel room. This either means the kids have to share a bed or one child has to sleep on the floor. That's not much fun. With our Orlando vacation rentals we will have a bed for everyone. Our vacation rentals are set up to have a king or queen in the master and two beds in the other bedrooms.

Four: The nightly rates of Disney World hotels have all come down markedly as you can see on our web site. This is in large measure to the anemic state of the economy. If you thought the rates were quite reasonable for hotels, wait to you see what home owners and investors are offering in the way of nightly rates for their Orlando vacation rentals. I guarantee... you will be impressed. The reasons for the low rates are due in part to the economy, but also they are due to the over abundance or capacity of newer homes in the rental inventory over the last three years. When mortgage rates were cheap, and money was plentiful, investors flocked to Orlando to invest in top-quality homes to put in our rental pool. But with all bubbles, housing no exception, the market evaporates. Orlando Vacation rental prices went down, and rental rates fell with them. Today, we are offering nightly rates for vacation rentals in Orlando that weren't this cheap back in the mid nineties.

Five: Most people want to save money on their Disney vacation. Now, come on agree with me... when you look at the cost of the theme park tickets, you are going to understand fully that a vacation to Disney World isn't cheap. Why not combat the higher cost of this vacation with cooking a few meals in. Think about it, if you just bought cereal, milk, sweet rolls, some fruit, juice and of course coffee the average family of four over 6 nights could save as much as $210 just by eating breakfast at the vacation home.

Six: Why pack so much for the trip? All of our Disney World rental homes come complete with washer and dryers, it goes without saying you can leave three or four pair of shorts and tee shirts at home. When they get dirty, throw the clothes in the laundry.

Seven: Our Orlando vacation rentals are literally only minutes from the entrance to the Disney Theme Parks. No.. FREE shuttle service is not available from the communities due to the high cost of insurance, but when you are located literally inside of 20 minutes to Disney World.

Eight: Why not bring the grand parents or the kid's friends on this trip? That is what Agnes from Tulsa did and it made for the best vacation ever. With the added space you have unlimited options available as to how you might enhance the vacation experience for the entire family. Be creative. No, you can't bring pets…our homes are not for animals but outside of that most everyone else is accommodated including ole uncle Harry.
