Pool Homes near Disney – What to Expect

Did you know there are almost as many vacation pool homes in Orlando than there are hotel rooms? Pretty amazing! However, with so many vacation homes in a small geographical area some homes are really nice and some…well let’s just say they have a lot to be desired.

What to expect from one of our Disney World vacation homes:

1) Close to Disney World- All our vacation homes are within 8.5 to 10 miles to Disney World’s entrance. Most are located on state route 27. This is a fabulous area because the vacation homes in this area are virtually new. To get to the vacation homes from Disney all you have to do is take a left onto Highway 192, go past one entrance to Disney World and proceed 6.5 miles. State Route 192 will dead end into State Route 27. Our housing communities are all within a four mile radius of this intersection. The total traveling time from any of our homes to Disney World’s Main Entrance is less than 13 minutes.

2) All our homes are virtually Brand New- All our vacation homes are less than four years old! This is very important, because while there are some very nice vacation homes in Orlando that are 7 or 8 years old, the other homes in their community might not be so attractive.  

3) All vacation homes come with private pools- All of our vacation homes have private swimming pools complete with screened in lanais.  The larger the home generally the larger the pool, so even though you might have a small family you might want to consider a larger home to get a larger pool.

4.) Décor- All our homes are fully furnished, and they all come complete with all the pots, pans, dishes and everything you would need to cook a fancy feast for your family. All of our homes have a King or Queen bed in the master and two beds in the other bedrooms. We do have a few homes which have two master suites, and if available we will assist you in renting one of these if you call our office.

What is the difference between the Executive Pool Homes and a Standard Pool Home?

1) Executive Homes- All of our homes are owned by private investors. Our executive homes are the nicest we offer. These investors have bought the vacation home unfurnished from the developer, and hired a local interior designer to come in and assist them in furnishing the property. Since our homes are all built in the same communities, by the same builders, they are going to have similar layouts; however, the key is to have your wife say WOW when she ventures into an executive home.

2) Standard Homes- While the standard homes are quite clean they typically don’t show that well. Mind you nothing is wrong with them they just don’t have the pizzazz of the Executive Homes. The investor who owns a standard home, bought the basics in furniture and chose to stop there.  These homes are quite nice and clean and the pools are the exact same size as the Executive homes.
